We act for acquirers across trophy assets, prime residential, commercial and investment property, land and development, and private off-market opportunities. Our work spans Britain, from Edinburgh and London to leading regional and country addresses and internationally where required.
5. How do you work with clients?
We act only for the acquirer, never the seller in the same transaction. Each of our clients receives our full attention, including purely off-market searches. Introductions through trusted advisers are equally welcome and are how many of our mandates begin.
